THE FINAL COUNTDOWN
Well, here it is, the end of the week is upon us. Under cloudier skies and with marginal winds both groups have tried their hands at windsurfing and have taken a kayak trip to "Donkey Island". This somewhat became a scene out of "Lord of the Flies" (remember William Golding is an ex-St. John's student) as each student immediately started searching the island whilst carrying hefty great big sticks! Strangely enough the donkeys seemed to have scarpered.
With the threat of rain a huge chocolate birthday cake maintained high spirits before the final session on the water. This has been a superb week with simply a brilliant group of young and enthusiastic individuals. Every one of them should be very proud of their achievements this week...
